Looking for the best mexican in Seattle?  Of course, the winner is up for debate, but seattlebloggers love the already well reported La Carta de Oaxaca in Ballard for fresh, savory and super-yummy authentic mexican food.  But when sit-down dinners with a likely waiting line any time of the week, it’s nice to have good alternatives.  Thank goodness the bloggers over at Los Taco Trucks have done the leg-work for us!
