Looking for people to relate to? A cause to contribute to? A passtime to occupy you? You’ll find no shortage of options here in Seattle. Although each group surely deserves its own post, here’s brief listing of what’s out there:

• SeattleCriticalMass.org- join bike riders every last Friday of the month to ride together downtown to create a critical mass and support alternative transportation and biker’s rights. Their mantra: We’re not blocking traffic, we are the traffic!
• At MeetUp.org- there are 51 Seattle groups as of this writing: Seattle Moms, Expat Canadians, Webloggers, Black Professionals, Yorkie Play Daties, Roleplayers, Transhumanism, Poker Players, Livejournal, Polyamory, Reikie, Day Traders, etc., etc.
