Comment on the Monorail Project
The SMP (Seattle Monorail Project) has released details of their contract with Cascadia Monorail Co. to build the Seattle monorail from Ballard to West Seattle by December 1, 2010. During the next three weeks you have an opportunity to share your opinions about the basic design features and project finances.
The Municipal League will host a discussion about project finances on June 27th, 6:45pm, at Town Hall, 1119 Eighth Avenue.
SMP public hearings are scheduled for:
July 5th – Ballard High School, 5:30pm, 1418 NW 65th St.
July 6th – SMP headquarters, 7:00pm, 1913 Fourth Avenue
July 7th – West Seattle High School, 6:30pm, 3000 California Avenue SW
